Step 1: Find the Equity integration in the marketplace

The Equity integration is activated directly from Unimicro's marketplace.

1. Go to Markedsplass → Integrasjoner in the left-hand menu.

2. Search for equity in the search field.

3. The EQUITY integration (category: Inkasso) appears in the results.

Step 2: Activate the debt collection integration (EQUITY)

1. Click Les mer on the EQUITY card.

2. Click Aktiver integrasjon.

3. Confirm consent to data sharing by clicking Godta. This grants Equity access to:

   • Full tilgang regnskap

   • Full tilgang salg

The permission can be revoked at any time by deactivating the integration in the marketplace.

Step 3: Activate Equity Betalingspåminnelser

Once EQUITY (Inkasso) is activated, another integration appears: Equity Betalingspåminnelser (category: Innfordring).

1. Click Les mer on the Equity Betalingspåminnelser card.

2. Activate the integration and approve consent to the same data sets: regnskap and salg.

Step 4: Confirm the integration is active

Once both integrations are activated, a green Active status is shown on their cards under Markedsplass → Integrasjoner.

Synchronization with Equity starts automatically as soon as the integration is activated.

Troubleshooting

The integration doesn't appear in search

"Equity" returns no results in the marketplace

Cause: You may not have permission to view or activate integrations in Unimicro.

• Check that your user has administrator rights in Unimicro.

• Try searching for "equity" in lowercase, without spaces.

Consent cannot be approved

The "Godta" button is disabled, or the integration remains inactive after approval

Cause: The user activating the integration doesn't have full access to regnskap and salg in Unimicro.

• Ask an administrator to activate the integration, or grant the user the necessary permissions.

• Reopen the Les mer dialog and click Aktiver integrasjon again.
